Early December 2011, the National Association of Gambling Studies aims to
promote discussion and research into all areas of gambling activity. NAGS
have members from the industry, community, treatment agencies,
academics, regulators and gamblers themselves.

In May 2011 RGAW is part of a national collaborative effort supported by
Problem Gambling Counselling Services, gambling venues, governments and
other stakeholders nationwide. The week aims to address what is meant by
the term ‘responsible gambling’, raising awareness about the impacts and
effects of gambling and how the industry is responding.
